Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, great shower pressure. The hotel's employees were very welcoming and accommodating. My room was cozy and tidy, and the food served in the morning was excellent. Additionally, the shower had fantastic water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise.
All was perfect.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of items and was well-presented. the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. the room was small but comfortable and clean. the hotel was located in a key area that offered easy access to many local attractions. we enjoyed our New Year's stay.
The hotel entrance area could have been better lit and signposted, especially for those arriving late at night. As a single female traveler, I was hesitant about leaving the taxi due to the dimly-lit streets.

The hotel's location is inconvenient and unsafe, with a lack of lighting and signage for travelers arriving at night. While the rooms are decent in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities, the limited facilities and sub-par service leave much to be desired. the breakfast buffet may offer a variety of items, but the overall quality and presentation are sub-par, and there is little to no view or notable advantage to staying at this hotel.
The staff's communication skills are lacking, and their inability to effectively communicate with guests who do not speak Portuguese or limited Spanish can be frustrating.
